Great shuttle service in terms of punctuality, cleanliness and wifi. Only thing I would suggest for improvement is adding more time slots within a day to avoid long waiting times. I travel to both ORD and Indy Airport.

We booked our student from O’Hare to Purdue. As luck would have it, flights were inordinately delayed that day. Lafayette Limo promptly messaged everyone booked in, that they will have special buses leaving O’Hare in 15 min intervals and all the student has to have us a valid reservation for the day. It saved us a lot of stress and effort calling back and forth, the student/s could be relieved that even though they were stuck in aircraft’s or at the airport, they will have their transportation to the university.
